Key Qualifications:
- Current license with Tier 3 or Tier 4 certification
- Valid ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) or DCD (Developmental Cognitive Disabilities) endorsement
- Prior experience in EBD (Emotional Behavioral Disorder) Setting 3 cluster teaching (elementary level preferred)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to supporting students with moderate to significant disabilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Create and implement individualized instruction plans for a class of 6-10 elementary students
- Foster an inclusive, positive classroom atmosphere in a Setting 3 environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to support student progress
- Monitor, evaluate, and document student achievement and behavior
- Work onsite at one building for the duration of the assignment
