Key Qualifications:

• Current license with Tier 3 or Tier 4 certification
• Valid ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) or DCD (Developmental Cognitive Disabilities) endorsement
• Prior experience in EBD (Emotional Behavioral Disorder) Setting 3 cluster teaching (elementary level preferred)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to supporting students with moderate to significant disabilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Create and implement individualized instruction plans for a class of 6-10 elementary students
• Foster an inclusive, positive classroom atmosphere in a Setting 3 environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to support student progress
• Monitor, evaluate, and document student achievement and behavior
• Work onsite at one building for the duration of the assignment
