Your role will center on a Program primarily supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder/Developmental Cognitive Delay (ASD/DCD) in a Setting 3, K–5 environment. With eight engaged students and three dedicated paraprofessionals, you’ll deliver impactful instruction while fostering growth and inclusion.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid MN teaching license, Tier 3 or 4 required
  • Must hold an ASD or DCD endorsement (ABS license considered, with preference for EBD or ASD)
  • Demonstrated experience in an EBD Setting 3 cluster classroom
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized instruction to K-5 students in a classroom for ASD/DCD
  • Lead and mentor paraprofessional staff
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain supportive, structured, and inclusive learning environments
  • Communicate regularly with families and interdisciplinary teams
