Key Qualifications:

  • Valid teaching license in Special Education
  • Previous experience in special education settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach in a small, center-based kindergarten classroom with caseloads of just 5-8 students
  • Deliver 60-100% of students’ special education services within a dedicated Setting III classroom
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Work alongside support staff, therapists, and families to foster a nurturing learning environment
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instruction to meet individual needs
