Qualifications:

• Valid SPED teaching license (T2-T4 ABS, Autism, or other special education certifications considered)
• Experience supporting elementary, upper elementary, or secondary students preferred
• Comfortable managing a caseload of 20-30 students in a resource setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to collaborative work with staff and families

Responsibilities:

• Support students with diverse special needs in a resource classroom
• Provide individualized and small group instruction based on IEPs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress
• Participate in staff development sessions (week of 8/24 and 8/31)
• Prepare for and begin the school year on 9/8
