Role Overview: Positions are available for both full-time and part-time Special Education Teachers, servicing multiple school locations with supportive staff and manageable caseloads. There is also an opening for an early childhood specialist, which includes home visits—offering a distinct and meaningful way to make a difference.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active Minnesota teaching license (required)
• Experience in special education or early childhood development preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage caseloads of approximately 20 students, with aides and BEH support on site
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, aides, and families
• (Early childhood role) Conduct engaging and compassionate home visits
• Complete timely documentation and progress reports
