This part-time position (0.5 FTE) offers flexible schedule options—choose a consistent morning block (Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.) or a blended schedule including extended Mondays and Wednesdays. Join a dedicated team in self-contained classrooms, supported by two full-time paraeducators. Mondays focus on essential paperwork or meetings, with float sub opportunities available within the Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) program.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Tier 4 Early Childhood Special Education (SPED) License (Minnesota)

  • Deliver high-quality instruction in self-contained early childhood special education classrooms
  • Collaborate with paraeducators and the multidisciplinary team to support student needs
  • Complete required paperwork and participate in IEP meetings (especially on designated paperwork days)
  • Assume float substitute responsibilities in ECSE as needed
