Two full-time contract positions are available, ideal for professionals who thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment focused on student growth and collaboration.

These roles involve working with students in a split-session (AM/PM half-day programs), providing specialized instruction, and fostering an inclusive classroom community. As part of a committed district team, you'll help shape and deliver impactful educational experiences tailored to diverse learners.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Special Education teaching certification (or eligibility for certification)
  • Previous experience in special education classroom settings strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt lessons and instruction for individual student needs
  • Commitment to ongoing professional learning and participation in district initiatives

Position Details and Responsibilities:

  • Full-time, school-year contract (8/17/26–5/28/27, 8:15 AM–3:30 PM, 30-minute lunch)
  • Caseload: up to 12-24 students, divided between AM and PM sessions
  • Deliver engaging instruction aligned with the prescribed curriculum
  • Develop, implement, and adjust weekly lesson plans incorporating IEP goals
  • Track and report on student progress and goal achievement three times yearly
  • Create, manage, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Schedule and lead IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Participate in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and ongoing professional development
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned within the program
