A full-time Special Education Teacher role is available in Kingston, NH, within a school district seeking a dedicated professional to serve as a Case Manager. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with a small caseload of approximately 12-14 students from kindergarten through 9th grade at a Seacoast Charter Academy. The role emphasizes small group instruction in reading, writing, and math, requiring onsite presence to deliver effective support and instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of students requiring special education services in grades K-9.
• Provide targeted small group instruction in reading, writing, and math to support individual learning needs.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and related service providers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Monitor progress and maintain detailed documentation to ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
• Serve as a liaison between the school, families, and the school district to coordinate services and resources.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with students across elementary and middle school grade levels.
