Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and current certification as a Special Education Teacher
• Previous experience working with K-12 students in special education settings

• Proficiency in developing and implementing differentiated instruction

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individualized instruction based on students’ IEP goals
• Assess student abilities and progress using diverse evaluation strategies
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to ensure success for every student
• Maintain accurate documentation, including updating IEPs and progress reports
• Implement classroom management strategies that foster engagement and safety
• Advocate for students’ needs and provide necessary accommodations
• Participate in professional development and team meetings
