Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Oregon Special Education Teacher certification
• Demonstrated experience implementing and managing IEPs
• Familiarity with serving a range of exceptionalities across K-12 grade levels
• Previous work in self-contained and/or resource classrooms preferred
• Strong commitment to collaboration, adaptability, and student success
• Positive attitude, growth mindset, and exemplary work ethic

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction individually or in small groups following each student’s IEP
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Create, adapt, and implement instructional materials and interventions
• Maintain all necessary documentation, data, and progress reporting in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Support students in achieving academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and school-wide initiatives
