Details:

  • Full Time: 37.5 hours/week

Qualifications:

  • Active Special Education (SPED) certification/license for Oregon (OR)
  • Experience supporting behavior classrooms at the elementary level, including de-escalation and intervention for physical aggression and elopement
  • Successfully managed high-volume Learning Resource Classrooms (LRC)—average of 43 students
  • Must provide contact info for 3 most recent supervisor references (required for consideration)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead either elementary-level behavior-focused classrooms or high-volume LRCs
  • Implement evidence-based interventions for behavioral and academic needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reports
