• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Knowledge of current best practices in special education and instructional strategies
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs aligned with state and federal requirements
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to students with diverse abilities
• Create and manage effective IEPs tailored to the unique needs of each student
• Assess students’ academic and behavioral progress, maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to support all learners
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team collaboration
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal special education regulations
