What we’re looking for:

  • Valid CTC credential with Mod/Severe authorization (requirement for all applicants)
  • Experience with high school students preferred
  • Strong background or interest in working with Mod/Severe and Mild/Mod populations
  • Familiarity with implementing IEPs and collaborating with classroom teams
  • Dedication to fostering positive, supportive classroom environments
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

What you’ll do: -Provide direct instruction and support to high schoolers with diverse learning needs
-Develop and execute individualized education programs (IEPs)
-Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
-Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies and track student data
-Adapt curriculum, materials, and activities for differentiated instruction
-Monitor, document, and report student progress toward established goals
