Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid CTC credential specializing in Moderate/Severe is required
  • Experience with high school students in a special education setting (Moderate/Severe or RSP/Mild-Moderate)
  • Strong familiarity with IEP development and implementation
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and administration
  • Effective communication and documentation skills
  • Commitment to supporting diverse learning needs in an equitable, respectful manner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute individualized education plans that align with student needs and educational standards
  • Provide differentiated instruction in small groups or one-on-one settings
  • Monitor, assess, and document student progress toward IEP goals
  • Coordinate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment conducive to academic, social, and emotional growth
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development as required
