Teachers will play a crucial role in shaping individualized education plans, participating in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings, and collaborating with colleagues and specialists. Comprehensive support and resources are provided, and educators can participate in SAMA (Satori Alternative to Managing Aggression) training scheduled in October.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Texas Department of Education License with Special Education Endorsement is required
• Proven experience attending and contributing to ARD meetings
• Foundational understanding of EC-6 educational needs and life skills instruction
• Commitment to school dress code policies (professional attire, single color hair, limited earrings, tattoos covered)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Provide specialized functional support as needed for individual students
