Qualifications:
- Current Education Specialist Credential
- Valid Moderate/Severe Special Education endorsement/license
- Previous experience in a high school special education setting strongly preferred
- Knowledgeable in case management, IEP development, and implementation

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily instruction and support within a high school SDC classroom
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Adapt curriculum to fit unique learning profiles and encourage student independence
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster a cohesive learning experience
- Manage classroom behaviors with positivity and evidence-based strategies
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding special education
