• Arizona Department of Education Special Education Certification required
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Card needed
• Experience working with high school students with diverse learning needs highly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt lessons, develop IEP goals, and provide thoughtful academic and behavioral supports
• Familiarity with progress monitoring, compliance documentation, and implementing individualized interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Support student learning in a high school resource setting, addressing a variety of academic and behavioral needs
• Develop, implement, and track Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) according to state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to adapt curriculum and instruction
• Provide direct instruction, interventions, and accommodations to promote student success and independence
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings and other team conferences
