Special Education Teacher - Sand Springs, OK

Qualified candidates can expect compensation based on their education and experience, with an hourly rate between $35 and $41.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification in Special Education: • Mild to Moderate OR • Severe to Profound
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Experience working in a K-12 school environment strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging, tailored instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with team members and parents
• Provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support for students
