Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's requirements
  • Deliver specialized instruction in accordance with IEP goals and established curriculum
  • Modify learning materials and methods as needed to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
  • Track and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and documenting improvements
  • Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and educational staff regarding student outcomes and plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff development sessions, and school functions as required
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom atmosphere, ensuring every student can thrive academically and socially
