Special Education Teacher

Special Education Teacher – Schertz, TX

Position Overview:
Soliant Education is seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher to support students with diverse learning needs in a K–12 campus near Universal City. The teacher will provide direct instruction, meaningful accommodations, and collaboration with general education staff to help students access the curriculum and reach their IEP goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs

• Deliver small-group and one-on-one instruction

• Adapt curriculum and materials to support student learning

• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers

• Track student progress, maintain documentation, and participate in ARD/IEP meetings

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Special Education Teaching Certification (required)

• Experience in resource, inclusion, or self-contained SPED settings preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills

Compensation & Benefits:
? $38–$45/hour
