Key Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Standard Secondary Teaching Certificate
• Current Special Education (SPED) licensure for Arizona
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)
• Proven experience teaching mathematics in a special education setting
• Strong classroom management and co-teaching skills
• Comfortable adapting math curriculum for diverse learners
• Ability to work onsite every school day; remote/virtual options are not available

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-teach mathematics classes alongside general education and special education professionals
• Deliver instruction that meets the needs of students with differing abilities
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as appropriate
• Foster a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere
