Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education Educator Certification and current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (IVP FP Card) required
• Experience and/or certification in targeted specialty (e.g., EC for preschool, CPI for behavior program)
• Ability to adapt supports and strategies for diverse learners, including those in MID cognitive, autism, and behavior-focused classrooms
• Strong collaboration skills to work with related service providers, families, and school teams
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments

Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to students according to individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Manage and modify behavior plans as needed for designated programs
• Prepare meaningful lesson materials and foster student growth in communication, academics, and social-emotional skills
• Communicate progress to families and collaborate to ensure best outcomes
• Maintain compliance with state and federal special education requirements
