Special Education Teacher - Scranton, Pennsylvania

In this role, you’ll co-teach alongside classroom educators, providing direct instruction and accommodations within an inclusive setting. Small group pull-out sessions will empower you to design individualized instruction and deliver meaningful support for students with diverse needs. You’ll work full-time, starting as soon as possible and continuing through the end of October. Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teacher credential
• Previous experience in an elementary school setting, with K-5 students
• Proficient in co-teaching models and collaborating with general education teachers
• Skilled at creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Comfortable planning and leading small group intervention or pull-out sessions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:
