Special Education Teacher – Selma, TX

Position Overview:
We are seeking a caring and skilled Special Education Teacher for a contract role in Selma, TX. The teacher will support students with special needs by delivering individualized instruction, managing IEPs, and fostering a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Implement IEP goals through individualized and small-group learning

• Provide accommodations and modifications for students in general education

• Maintain timely progress reports and documentation

• Partner with paraprofessionals, therapists, and parents to support student development

Qualifications:

• Texas Special Education Teaching Credential required

• Experience in special education settings—resource, inclusion, or self-contained—preferred

• Strong interpersonal, planning, and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits:
? $38–$45/hour
