Key Qualifications:
- Active Missouri Special Education Teacher credentials
- Experience managing K-12 caseloads
- Proficiency with IEP development and implementation
- Ability to teach in self-contained and/or resource classroom settings

Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with fidelity
- Instruct students with diverse learning needs in either resource or self-contained classrooms
- Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to support student success
- Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and families
- Track student progress and maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed
