An elementary school in Minnesota is seeking a Special Education Teacher to provide additional support due to an increasing caseload. This full-time, onsite role focuses on delivering individualized and small-group instruction within Setting 1–2, supporting students with mild to moderate needs in both general education and resource-based environments.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct special education services to elementary students in Setting 1–2

Support students through push-in and pull-out instruction as appropriate

Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff

Implement IEP goals and accommodations

Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation

Participate in team meetings and IEP processes
Qualifications:

Minnesota Special Education licensure (or ability to obtain)

Experience with elementary students preferred

Strong collaboration and classroom management skills

Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs
