Elementary Special Education Teaching Opening in Minnesota

An elementary school in Minnesota is seeking a Special Education Teacher to provide additional support due to an increasing caseload. This full-time, onsite role focuses on delivering individualized and small-group instruction within Setting 1–2, supporting students with mild to moderate needs in both general education and resource-based environments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct special education services to elementary students in Setting 1–2

• Support students through push-in and pull-out instruction as appropriate

• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff

• Implement IEP goals and accommodations

• Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation

• Participate in team meetings and IEP processes

Qualifications:

• Minnesota Special Education licensure (or ability to obtain)

• Experience with elementary students preferred
