Minnesota Special Education Teacher Needed for Elementary Classroom

An elementary school in Minnesota is seeking a Special Education Teacher to assist with a growing student caseload. This position supports students with mild to moderate learning needs in Setting 1–2 and requires consistent in-person collaboration with school staff and families.

Key Duties:

• Deliver individualized and small-group instruction aligned with IEPs

• Provide academic and behavioral support in both general education and resource settings

• Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement accommodations and modifications

• Track student progress and complete required special education documentation

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Required Qualifications:

• Minnesota SPED license or eligibility for licensure
