This full-time contract role begins on 8/22 and offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team of educators passionate about student success. Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching credentials
• Experience or strong interest in EBD (Emotional Behavior Disorders)
• Demonstrated skill in developing and adapting lesson plans for middle school students
• Ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver specially designed instruction and behavioral interventions to middle school students with EBD
• Assess and track students’ progress, maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to support student IEP goals
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and strategies
• Foster a positive classroom environment that values diversity, inclusivity, and respect
• Support students’ social and emotional growth, empowering them to achieve their full potential
