What you bring to the table:

• Current Minnesota Special Education teaching license (SPED)
• Proven experience or strong interest working with EBD (Emotional Behavior Disorders) student populations
• Strength in designing and implementing IEPs and behavior intervention plans
• Positive, patient attitude and strong classroom management skills
• Ability to build rapport with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, affirming classroom culture
