Multiple Positions Available:
Position 1
Enjoy a 37.5-hour workweek managing a cross-categorical caseload of 14 students. You will lead three periods of Strategies, focusing on social and emotional skills as well as academic support, one period of Reading (with curriculum provided), and one period of Transitions tailored to building leisure and social skills for students with higher ASD needs. Case management is a core component, ensuring students receive individualized support and guidance.
Qualifications:
- Open to all Minnesota licensure (Tier 3 or 4 preferred)
- Background in special education settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Position 2
Support students primarily identified with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a center-based ACES program. You will emphasize communication skills, sensory regulation, and functional behavior strategies to help students replace inappropriate behaviors with effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of strategies for ASD and sensory needs
- Experience in center-based or specialized classroom settings is a plus
Position 3
This center-based role serves students with Emotional Behavior Disorders and/or Other Health Disabilities. Focus on building social skills, teaching academic content, and helping students learn vital regulation and coping strategies, with a goal of integrating them into general education as they grow.
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting students with behavior or emotional needs
- Ability to deliver academic and social instruction in a self-contained environment
