Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification to teach Special Education (state requirements must be met)
• Experience with elementary-aged students in an IRR or resource classroom preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
• Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance standards
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable to various student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and individualized instruction to students with varying learning needs
• Develop and implement IEPs, collaborating closely with parents and multidisciplinary teams
