This full-time, in-person opportunity focuses on delivering exceptional educational experiences to a caseload of no more than 20 students on a welcoming middle school campus. Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification with either a 460 or 145 endorsement required (Middle school intervention).
• Proven experience or strong skills working in middle school special education.
• Deep understanding of inclusion best practices and resource room settings.
• Strong commitment to individualized instruction and evidence-based interventions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality instruction to students with diverse learning needs in an inclusion/resource room setting.
• Develop, implement, and track progress on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure students’ needs are met within the least restrictive environment.
• Employ data-driven strategies and targeted interventions to support academic and social-emotional growth.
• Communicate regularly with families to share progress and involve them in the educational journey.
• Maintain compliance with all documentation and regulatory requirements.
