Skills and Experience Desired:

• Valid credentials or certification in Special Education

• Flexibility and creativity in adapting curriculum and teaching strategies

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Designing and delivering engaging lessons adapted to each student’s unique learning needs
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs, ensuring compliance and best practices
• Modifying instructional materials and assessments to accommodate individual abilities
• Working closely with classroom teachers, related service providers, and parents for coordinated educational plans
• Tracking student progress, documenting data, and adjusting interventions as needed
• Creating a safe, supportive classroom environment that encourages participation and growth
• Attending meetings, trainings, and professional development as required
