Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification, with state credentials in good standing
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field
- Previous teaching experience in special education settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans based on student IEPs, adapting content and teaching strategies for various learning styles

- Assess student progress regularly, adjust instruction as needed, and maintain thorough records
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and support strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student goal planning
