Your expertise will ensure individualized instruction, behavioral support, and advocacy for a caseload of approximately 25–30 students. You’ll collaborate closely with other educators and support staff to create truly inclusive learning experiences.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current and active Colorado Teaching License
• Special Education (SPED) Endorsement required
• Experience or willingness to work with students managing mild to moderate behaviors
• Compassionate, flexible, and skilled at supporting students with diverse needs, including assisting with toileting if necessary
• Comfortable working onsite in a school setting and open to travel assignments

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customized learning plans for students on your caseload
• Work collaboratively with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student progress and positive outcomes
• Support students with mild to moderate learning and behavioral challenges
• Provide direct instructional services as well as assist with self-care activities as needed
• Maintain compliance with all required documentation, assessments, and IEPs
