Your expertise will be essential in one of the following critical areas:

  • Elementary Behavior Classrooms: Ideal candidates have significant experience addressing behaviors such as physical aggression or elopement in elementary students, delivering structured support and individualized interventions.
  • High Volume LRC: Candidates should bring strong skills and prior experience managing learning resource classrooms with a high student count (average of 43), effectively balancing instructional delivery and case management.

Key qualifications and requirements:

  • Active Special Education (SPED) certification or license in the state of Oregon
  • Documented experience relevant to either elementary behavior or high-volume learning resource settings
  • Commitment to onsite work—remote or hybrid is not an option
  • Ability to start upon contract date and fulfill the full school year term
