Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Special Education Teacher certification in Oregon
• Previous experience as a Special Education teacher, preferably in a case management role
• Strong understanding of IEP development and compliance

• Excellent organizational skills to manage caseload timelines, documentation, and meetings

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 35 students as lead case manager, supporting all areas of special education needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal requirements
• Coordinate and schedule IEP meetings, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure all evaluations, reevaluations, and progress monitoring are conducted within required timelines
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential student records and documentation
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates on student progress and address concerns
