  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborative work with teams and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, write, and manage IEPs, ensuring legal and educational standards are met
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to create inclusive learning environments
  • Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to individual abilities and needs
  • Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals, making necessary instructional adjustments
  • Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social development with compassion and innovative strategies
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development to continuously refine your skills
