Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility) for elementary grades
• Experience supporting students with autism and behavioral challenges, preferably in a self-contained or similar setting

• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to positive behavior intervention

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction and behavioral supports to students in a small-group setting
• Supervise, collaborate with, and provide guidance to five paraprofessionals, each dedicated to a student
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with families and team members
