Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
• Current state teaching certification with an endorsement in Special Education
• Proven experience developing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
• Strong understanding of various learning disabilities, behavioral disorders, and autism spectrum disorders
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies and materials to meet diverse learning needs
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, parents, and related service providers
• Monitor student progress and maintain comprehensive records in compliance with state and federal regulations
