Key Qualifications:

  • Valid ME Special Education Teacher license (required)
  • Experience with high school caseloads preferred
  • Flexibility to work on-site, in-person only
  • Ability to start and end the day between 8:00 am–12:00 pm, Monday–Thursday
  • Dedication to promoting student growth and supporting ESY (Extended School Year) programming

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized instruction for the ESY program to high school students
  • Adapt curriculum and provide individualized supports
  • Collaborate with other educators and support staff
  • Track and document student progress in alignment with IEP goals
  • Foster an inclusive and encouraging classroom atmosphere
