The Resource Teacher will work with students who require specialized academic support, accommodations, and IEP services while collaborating closely with general education teachers, families, and school-based support staff.

Responsibilities

The Special Education Resource Teacher will provide direct instruction and academic interventions to students with IEPs. Responsibilities may include managing a caseload, developing and implementing IEP goals, tracking student progress, providing push-in and pull-out services, supporting accommodations and modifications, collaborating with general education teachers, and participating in IEP meetings.

Requirements

• A valid California Special Education Teaching Credential
• Experience working with students with mild to moderate disabilities
• Ability to provide resource support in small-group and inclusive settings
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and special education compliance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $33.34 to $53.34. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
