Qualifications/Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (State of CT or eligible for reciprocity)
• Experience with individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting curriculum for students with various abilities
• Knowledge of evidence-based instructional strategies for special education
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassion, patience, and commitment to student success

• Provide direct instruction in accordance with each student’s IEP
