Qualifications:

• Valid MA Special Education Teaching Certification 
• Bachelor/Masters degree in Special Education or a related field 
• Experience working as a Special Education Teacher
• Understanding of individualized instruction, behavior management techniques, and evidence-based interventions

Additional Information:

• Location: Southborough, MA
• Start: 2026-2027 school year
• Full-time position
• Caseload: Middle school students, 10-15 students on caseload. Further details discussed in an interview.
• Pay: $42+ Hourly (Dependent on experience and interview)

Position:

• We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our exceptional team of educators. The teacher will provide specialized instruction, support, and advocacy to students with disabilities, ensuring their academic and personal growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of inclusive education practices, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with
• disabilities, in collaboration with parents/guardians, support staff, and related service
• providers.
• Adapt and modify curriculum materials to meet the unique needs and abilities of students
• with disabilities, ensuring accessibility and promoting learning.
• Employ a variety of instructional strategies, accommodations, and assistive technologies
• to facilitate student engagement and success.
