Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Educator Certification for Special Education (must present current license)
• Prior experience teaching or supporting Pre-K students, particularly those on the autism spectrum
• Comfort with and willingness to assist with toileting and personal care
• Strong communication skills and an inclusive, positive teaching approach
• Flexible, collaborative mindset; enthusiastic about working on-site
• Previous travel assignments in schools (preferred but not required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that support both academic and developmental growth for Pre-K students with individualized needs
• Provide toileting and personal care support as required
• Maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment
