Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching credential
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher is preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Proven classroom management skills
• Ability to adapt instruction and materials to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Passion for making a positive difference in students' lives

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned students
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to students’ unique needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate records and track student progress toward IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development sessions, and relevant school activities
• Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
• Utilize evidence-based strategies and technology to support instruction and engagement
