Qualifications:

• Current and valid Special Education teaching certification
• Previous background in a therapeutic, behavioral, or alternative educational environment is desirable
• Proven ability to manage classrooms and implement behavior interventions effectively
• Strength in developing rapport with students, their families, and professional colleagues
• Comfortable working with either middle or high school grade levels

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to each student’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
• Design and execute engaging, adaptive lesson plans to accommodate diverse learning styles
