What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Special Education teaching credentials issued by the state of Arkansas
• Previous experience in a similar role, supporting students with diverse learning needs
• Proficiency with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including development and implementation
• Adaptability to work in self-contained, inclusion, resource, and co-teaching settings
• Strong communication skills for working with staff, students, and families
• Commitment to a growth mindset and a strong, professional work ethic
• Positive attitude, dedication, and a desire to advocate for every student

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing a K-12 caseload as assigned, tailored to your skills and experience
• Designing, modifying, and delivering instruction based on IEPs
• Collaborating closely with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff
• Documenting progress and communicating proactively with families and administration
• Supporting students’ positive social, emotional, and academic development
• Maintaining compliance with all state and federal special education requirements
