Special Education Teacher - Springfield, MA

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Special Education Teacher certification
• Demonstrated expertise in working with elementary-aged students
• Experience supporting students with therapeutic and behavioral needs in a substantially separate classroom
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, data collection, and individualized instruction
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with parents, support staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for nurturing diverse learners

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering specially designed instruction aligned with each student’s IEP
• Creating a safe, welcoming, and structured classroom environment
