Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Experience delivering instruction in an inclusion classroom
• Knowledge of differentiated instruction strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Previous experience in school settings is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized academic support and accommodations within the inclusion classroom
• Develop lesson plans tailored to students’ unique learning needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related service staff
• Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
• Engage families in their child’s educational journey and progress
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom culture
• Participate in professional development and team meetings
