Role Specifics:

• Middle School: Guide a small group (8 students) needing intense interventions. Develop individualized lesson plans, differentiate instruction, and support behavioral and academic growth.
• Elementary School (K-2): Provide mild intervention services, implement accommodations and modifications, and build foundational skills in a nurturing setting.
• Deliver evidence-based instructional strategies tailored to student needs.
• Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting supports as necessary.
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with general education teachers, and communicate regularly with families.
