Special Education Teacher - Stanfield, Arizona

Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to serve preschool-aged students in a key early intervention setting. As a Special Education Teacher working alongside a collaborative Child Find team, you’ll make a meaningful impact on children’s futures by supporting the early identification and instructional needs of diverse learners ages 3–5. This full-time contract role offers you the opportunity to influence the trajectory of up to 40 students as the caseload grows, with mornings and afternoons dedicated to dynamic, small-group instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to preschool students during both morning and afternoon sessions.
• Work collaboratively with the Child Find team to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for newly identified students.
• Maintain accurate, compliant, and effective IEPs tailored to the unique needs of each child.
• Participate in student assessments, progress monitoring, and consistent data collection.
• Attend and contribute meaningfully to IEP meetings, team planning, and regular staff meetings.
• Engage in Wednesday professional development and planning—no student contact required on these days.
• Sustain clear and ongoing communication with families and support service providers.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a closely related field.
• Current Arizona Special Education Teaching Certification.
• Experience working with early childhood or preschool-age populations preferred.
