Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction tailored to students’ diverse needs and learning styles
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment for students of varying abilities
• Monitor and document student progress, adapting strategies as needed for optimal growth
• Communicate proactively with families, staff, and administrators to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate records and participate in meetings as required
